This Wood Lidded Vessel was hand created to show off the quality of the beautiful and unique grain pattern of the wood. The wood was harvested from the root of what I believe was a huge Walnut tree in North Carolina that fell after a hurricane passed through. This Wood Vessel is perfect for holding small objects such as keys, coins, jewelry or other personal items. It could serve as an Urn for a small pet. This vessel combines the beautiful rustic grain of the Walnut wood with a smooth elegance to create a one of a kind piece of wood art. It’s hand finished with 5 to 6 coats of Polyurethane Gloss.
