The Arts Alliance Studios offer affordable studio space to creative industry businesses in the Pueblo Creative Corridor. The Studios are home to a collective of 17+ creative businesses and 40+ creatives located at 107 S Grand Ave in Pueblo, Colorado. The Studios are open individually by appointment and for special events each month like First Friday Art Walks and 5th Friday Open Studios.

Studios for Creative Industry/Art – 170-390 sq ft.
Creative industry studios include visual arts, sculptors, music, video, photography, design, architecture, printing, film, marketing, creative writing, non-profits and more welcome. 15 studio spaces range from 170-390 sq ft/ 200-450 per month utilities included, larger studios may be shared. Use of huge outdoor plaza for shared activities and creative space included. Not suitable for residential living.
Art Hub 410
Available to lease 1000 sq ft art space for hourly, daily, and weekend creative industry classes by artists. Perfect for teaching classes, gallery exhibition, concert, meeting, rehearsal, and workshop activities. Make this your place to share your talents with others. Affordable rates available by contacting staff.

Thanks to funding from the Colorado Creative Industries, Meow Wolf, Colorado State Historic Fund, Colorado Garden Foundation, and private donors for continued upgrades to the historic Studio building. Restoration assessment for the 1891 brick facade has been completed with generous funding from the Colorado State Historic Fund and Colorado Creative Industries.
