PUEBLO — The Pueblo Arts Alliance announces annual Backstage Pass fundraiser and Pueblo Creative Corridor’s 10th anniversary celebration following First Friday Art Walk on November 6, 7 – 11 p.m. at El Pueblo History Museum, 301 N. Main Street. Backstage Pass gives attendees exclusive access to the local arts scene featuring pop-rock live music from The Band Sparrow and Kim Sewell, sugar skull painting, face painting, and silent auction. The annual celebration benefits the arts, culture, and history of Pueblo. Tickets are $10 per person in advance and at the door. Advance tickets can be purchased at PuebloArts.org or Broadway Cup ‘n Cork, 101 Broadway Ave. Secure your pass to this popular event before it’s sold out.
You enjoy the local arts, now enjoy the after party. The Dia de los Muertos theme is just the beginning of the local and creative celebration extraveganza. Participate in local and creative centered silent auction showcasing creative wares, combination packages, and getaways, to name a few. Experience local reverberations of The Band Sparrow accompanied by Kim Sewell. Both will induce plenty of toe-tapping and dance floor action, none of which anyone takes too seriously. Thoughout the night, connect with and meet local creatives and those that support them. “We have plenty to celebrate,” declares Susan Fries, Executive Director, “this is our 10th year anniversary, we purchased and opened our new building offering studio space to artists and creatives. And, we did not accomplish these mile stones alone but with involvement of every member, business, gallery, store, and restaurant throughout the Creative Corridor. Backstage Pass celebrates all of us, all that’s been accomplished, and the success we look forward to in the coming years.”
