PUEBLO, Colo. — Second Saturday Open Studios at Arts Alliance Studios (107 S. Grand Avenue) begins at 10 a.m. on April 8. One creative who works at Arts Alliance Studios hosts this event each month. April’s host is Formulary 55, manufacturer of luxury, small-batch botanical bath and beauty products. Other participating studios will offer interactive activities and art for sale during Second Saturday.
Formulary 55 is hosting a “Tag Sale” in their manufacturing studio from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., which will feature many great items such as craft supplies, display items, home goods, paper, books, and more! Most items will be $5 or under. Cash only.
Zendo Arts will be participating in the “Tag Sale” in their upstairs studio, offering their latest collection of Mala meditation beads and natural teas for sale.
A raku firing sponsored by All Clay a.k.a. Cristine Boyd will take place at 2 p.m. in the courtyard. Buy, glaze, and fire a pre-made piece for $15. You may also bring in your own bisqued piece and fire it—prices vary.
View a wide selection of local art in Positivity Show, presented by Bridged By Design studio. Works in the show include oil and acrylic paintings, illustrations, prints, screen printed shirts, wire wrapped jewelry and seed bead jewelry. Featured artists include Albert Pachak, Adrian Ortega, Caitlin Jimenez, Scarlett Latka, Sabrina McCullo, Shari Colón, Bart Mitikowicz, Jessica Eve, Viktor Ortiz, Daniel Falsetta, Isa Watson, Mary Lou, Eddie Doyle, Molly Moreschini and Patrick Pulis.
